How can I add a page to my website?
Log In and then Click "WEB PAGES" link at the top of the page. Then use the WANT TO ADD A NEW WEBPAGE? box at the top of the page, entering the pagename (that will be used as the link to the page on your website) and the position (where in the list it will be displayed, lowest numbers at the top!).
How do I add a new product to sell?
Log In and then Click the "PRODUCTS" link at the top of the page. If you have not yet added a CATEGORY then do this first. Categories help split your products into sections to make it easier for your visitors to find what they are looking for. Use the "WANT TO ADD A NEW CATEGORY TO YOUR PRODUCT CATALOGUE" box to add a category. Then click "edit products" against the category you wish to place your new product in, you can then complete the "ADD NEW PRODUCT" form to add your product.
What happens when someone orders?
When someone orders products from your website you and the customer will receive an order notification email. This email will include an ORDER NUMBER and details of the products ordered, including prices, and the delivery information. YOU will then also recieve a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION email IF the customer has successfully paid online. If you DO NOT RECEIVE the payment confirmation email then you can contact the customer and arrange alternative payment. It is recommended that you contact the first ten of your customers and verify payment before delivering items to ensure your payment system is operating correctly.
How do I accept Credit Cards on my website?
Log In and then Click the "OPTIONS" link at the top of the page and then select either PAYPAL (FREE) or WORLDPAY from the PAYMENT PROVIDER list. Then click SAVE CHANGES.

PAYPAL: Visit
www.paypal.co.uk to sign up for a BUSINESS PAYPAL ACCOUNT. After you have created your account enter your registered paypal email address into the PAYPAL EMAIL box on the options page. That's it you're set to go!

WORLDPAY: Visit www.worldpay.co.uk to sign up for a worldpay account (click 'choose an account' and select IMA and payment processing from worldpay if you do not have an Internet Merchant Account Number from your bank). Call 0870 366 1233 to ask any questions.

After your worldpay account has been created (this could take 2-4weeks and involve a set-up fee), You then can enter your worldpay installation ID and select TEST from the MODE DROPDOWN. Worldpay will need to test your website in TEST mode before activating your LIVE account. After they have activated your LIVE account, you can change the MODE DROPDOWN to LIVE.

OTHER PAYMENT PROVIDERS: Please contact help@webinstants.com and include the name of your payment provider, we currently support: Barclays EPDQ, PROTX, SECPAY, HSBC plus more.
How many Domain Names can I have?
You can have as many domain names pointing to your website as you would like. To order domain names log in and click DOMAINS at the top of the page.
How do I cancel my webinstant?
Simply send an email to cancel@webinstants.co.uk from your registered email account. Any domain names and email addresses will continue to operate until the end of their 12month period. You will receive an email with the option to renew any domain names / email addresses prior to their expiry date.
Do I need any special software to maintain my webinstant?
All you need to maintain your webinstant is an internet connection and a computer running Windows operating system with Internet Explorer (version 5.5 and above). No software downloads or special requirements are needed!
